Many of the sports our children are involved in entail a lot of dynamic - explosive movements.  Whether it's soccer, basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, there is a lot of sprinting, quick direction changes, jumping, throwing and lunging. 

These movements can wreak havoc on our shoulders, knees and hips. 

It is essential that young athletes involved in such activities have the appropriate level of load bearing exercise to complement these activities.
