OUR MISSION
The Mission of CMC Fitness Studio™ Local Contest Prep Service is to provide contest preparation services to men and women desiring to participate in National Physique Committee (NPC) or International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB) sanction competitions who live in the Anchorage, Alaska area.
FULL CONTEST PREP SERVICE ($300.00 Setup Fee & $200.00 / month)
$300.00 Initial Setup Fee includes:
-Initial Body Composition Assessment
-Physique Assessment
-Contest Division / Category Selection
-Initial Meal Plan Development
-Initial Training Plan
-Initial Cardio Plan Development
$200.00 Per Month Includes:
Frequent Body Composition & Physique Assessment Sessions. Clients in preparation for competitions may receive body composition assessments as frequently as once each week. It is the responsibility of the Member to schedule body composition assessments.
Ongoing Diet Coaching. Continuous adjustments to meal plans as needed to maximize your results based on the outcome of your physique assessment. This includes final week plan (peak week) development and adjustments.
Ongoing adjustments to cardio and training plans.
(1)1-Hour Private Posing Sessions with Coach Shawn or Coach Cinzia ($120.00 value) per month. Additional private posing sessions may be purchased if needed. Private posing sessions are scheduled based on client and coach availability.
CMC Fitness Studio Membership. Clients receive 24 gym access at CMC Fitness Studio (normally $75.00 a month).
ONE ON ONE PRIVATE POSING SESSIONS
